Wondering what to pack for your New Hampshire traveling? No matter what time of year you plan on visiting The BALSAMS, the one item you willl definitely want to pack is your camera. Located high in New Hampshire's White Mountains and deep in the Great North Woods, the scenery is absolutely breathtaking from sunrise to sunset. With New England travel, photo opportunities abound, from nature shots to wildlife pictures to captured memories with the ones you love.

Other travel packing tips: Bring hiking boots, tennis rackets, golf clubs, your swimsuit, a hearty appetite and a great sense of adventure.

Some activities like wine tastings, culinary demonstrations and craft workshops with visiting artisans, require only your presence.

More formal attire is recommended each evening in the Dining Room. Gentlemen should remember to pack a suit jacket or sport coat. Casual dining options are also available.
