The BALSAMS offers a wonderful setting for New England meetings of all kinds. From smaller, intimate workshops to full-fledged corporate retreats, we'll help you get where you want to go. Our meeting room packages are fully-customizable, from just the basics, to an all-inclusive package. We offer an incredible array of mountain and resort activities, and our veteran staff work hard to ensure every last detail is perfect.
Meetings rooms on property range from from 250' to 8500' square feet of space. Possible set-ups range from board style to reception style, in our newly restored meeting space. Events from cocktail parties to afternoon tea may also be scheduled. The BALSAMS staff will work through the planning process with you, to ensure you have a special & memorable experience.

The BALSAMS has been our favorite places for 25 years now, we love it more and more each time we come! The Notch is an incredible, beautiful place, and your staff is just superb. We really enjoyed hiking around all the waterfalls, then enjoying the great food. See you again soon!
