With over 10,000 square feet of meeting space, The Balsams has plenty of room for you to accomplish your goals. We can comfortably accommodate groups as large as 500 in our biggest room, while our executive meeting center at the Beaver Lodge is a beautiful lakeside setting for smaller groups who seek maximum privacy.
All rooms have sound amplification capabilities (fixed or portable), a full range of A/V and presentation aides, DVD/VHS Players, Flip Charts with easels, laser pointers, lavaliere microphones and LCD projectors (additional fees apply). For the ultimate in convenience, we offer wireless Internet access throughout the resort.
