Situated on 15,000 acres and nestled deep in the Great North Woods and high in the White Mountains of New Hampshire near the Canadian border, the resort offers many recreational opportunities far away from the hustle and bustle of metropolitan areas.  There are a number of departments, including: dining room, kitchen, beverage, housekeeping, service and recreation.

On-site room and board accommodations are available at a nominal cost as a payroll deduction. Employees are offered free use of many recreational facilities. In the summer this includes: golf, tennis, swimming in Lake Gloriette, hiking and mountain biking trails. Winter opportunities include: alpine skiing and snowboarding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and ice skating. College credit is possible for students completing internships.
